Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Do you support parts supply, joint development, or complete machine supply?
We support all three models. We can provide core components, offer customized solutions, or supply complete machines.
What is your Payment Terms?
50% advance payment, 50% payment before shipment, T/T, PayPal is acceptable for small amount.
What payment channels are available?
Our payment methods are T/T, Paypal, and we can accept third-party intermediary payments. We have Singapore US dollar accounts and Chinese bank collection accounts to choose from.
Are there cost-effective alternatives to imported brands?

Is there a MOQ for your products?
No. we can accept 1 pcs for sample making for your testing, and the price for sample making will have 10% to 20% difference than bulk price based on different style.
Is it possible to purchase only the core parts for self-assembly?
Absolutely. We can supply all core components—including controllers, drive wheels, and motors—along with comprehensive 3D drawings to fully support your self-assembly process.
How much can self-development save?
Compared to buying a complete unit, this approach can slash costs by 50% or even more. By sourcing just the core components for in-house assembly, you can significantly reduce your procurement budget while keeping full flexibility.
Can you provide 3D drawings, technical support and on-site training?
Yes, we provide all three. We will deliver the necessary 3D drawings, ensure ongoing technical support, and arrange on-site training to help your team get up to speed seamlessly.
Is the solution open? Can you provide partial customization?
Our system is open with open communication. We provide partial customized solutions instead of standard off-the-shelf products.
What communication protocols does the controller support, and are the interfaces open for integration?
Yes, the controller is highly flexible and robust. It supports a wide range of open communication protocols and multiple navigation modes, featuring fully open interfaces to ensure seamless system integration and secondary development.
Can we sign NDA first before discussing details?
Yes, absolutely. We can sign an NDA first to protect your information before diving into the details.
How about your after-sale service?
We can provide technical support via online communication. Within 24 hours technical support by email or calling service.
We provide 1-2 years warranty service according to different products. If there are any quality problems, we will actively deal with them.
Products
Below are some common questions about our products
Could you send me a price list?
We offer different solutions based on customer needs, such as power, voltage, gear ratio, wheel diameter, brakes, etc. Prices also vary based on different order quantities. So it is difficult for us to provide a price list.
If you can share your detailed specifications and order quantity, we will see what quote we can provide.
Is it possible to purchase only the core parts instead of the full assembly?
Yes. Buying core components and self-assembling can reduce cost to nearly half or lower.
How can I trust the quality of your products ?
Our products will go through a series of rigorous tests before shipment, and we can send you test videos and test reports if necessary. We provide at least 1 year quality assurance for our products. If there are any quality problems, we will actively assume the responsibility for after-sales problems.
Are these wheels customizable?
It can be customized with different speed ratios, wheel diameters, and adapted motor interfaces available upon request.
How do I choose the right wheel?
Please provide us with the required single wheel load, wheel diameter requirement and mounting height. We will recommend the right wheel for you.
What is the expected lifecycle of your components?
For instance, the reducer has a design lifespan of 20,000 hours, while consumable parts like rubber-coated wheels are rated for 5,000 hours. Because total product longevity varies depending on operating environments and duty cycles, we measure component lifecycles by operational hours rather than calendar years.
Can testing standards be customized?
We have over-standard test items and can set up test environment and issue reports as your request.
Are updated products compatible with obsolete models?
The upgraded models are designed for a seamless mechanical replacement, keeping identical installation dimensions despite potential cosmetic updates. We stand behind our product iterations with lifetime maintenance support for all mechanical parts.
How can one implement the most economical solution for simple scenarios in low labor cost regions, and subsequently expand from a single project into broader industrial automation?
1. Implement an Economical Baseline Solution: Use basic linear movement, a simplified mechanical structure, and core components only, without requiring high precision, to efficiently meet the needs of simple scenes.
2. Timing for Low Labor Cost Regions: Deploy and layout automation in advance when the market begins to shift, well before large-scale automation becomes widespread.
3. Scaling to Industrial Automation: Start with a pilot project (such as a museum installation) as a stepping stone, and leverage the foundational experience gained to expand into more complex industrial scenarios.
