2. Structure: Dual Independent Servo Motors for Accurate, Responsive Control

The lifting & rotating module features:

  • A trapezoidal lead screw (T32×5) combined with a planetary gearbox for vertical motion, delivering stable lifting under heavy loads;

  • A servo + gear reducer mechanism for rotation, enabling ±180° precise positioning and fast response.

Its compact, modular design allows for flexible integration into AGV/AMR platforms that demand high-frequency operation and accurate alignment.

3. Self-Locking Design: Brake-Free, Safer, and Easier to Maintain

The trapezoidal screw ensures natural self-locking, allowing the lifting platform to hold position even during power loss, with no need for a motor brake.

This enhances the safety and reliability of AGVs and AMRs in real-world conditions such as emergency stops, docking delays, or power-off holding—reducing mechanical complexity and minimizing maintenance.


4. Motion Resolution (Based on 500kg Model)

  • Lifting Resolution: Gear ratio 30, pitch 5mm
